If you're not seeing relevant jobs — or no results at all — don't worry. It usually just takes a quick filter adjustment to get back on track 🚀
Here are the most common reasons your job matches might feel off, and how to fix them:
🏙️ 1. Check Your Job Title & Location (Top Center of Apply Page)
🏙️ 1. Check Your Job Title & Location (Top Center of Apply Page)
Make sure both your job title and location are set correctly. These are the two biggest factors that determine what you see.
For job title, try using broad terms like "Marketing Manager" instead of niche titles
For location, enter a specific city — not a country or state — unless you're looking for remote jobs

🌍 Open to Remote Jobs? Set this Filter, Then Search by Country
To improve your remote job results:
On the Apply page (top-right), tap the Filters button
Select the Remote option under Work Location Type
Then, enter a country (like "United States" or "Canada") as your location
This helps surface remote roles open to candidates in that country — not tied to a specific city.
This small change can make a big difference in the number and quality of remote jobs you see!
🧭 3. Toggle on "Include Unknown Location Type"
🧭 3. Toggle on "Include Unknown Location Type"
Some job listings don't have a location set, but might still be remote or relevant to you.
To show these:
Tap the filter icon (top-right of the Apply screen)
Turn on "Include unknown location type"
💡 There's a matching "Include unknown salary" toggle too. If you've set a minimum salary and your results have collapsed, turning this on will usually bring a lot of listings back, since many employers don't publish a salary range.
This can unlock a lot more opportunities!
✏️ 4. Try Broader Titles or Testing Out Different Job Titles
✏️ 4. Try Broader Titles or Testing Out Different Job Titles
If you're not seeing enough results, try:
Using a broader or more common job title
Trying out multiple job titles (e.g., "Project Manager," "Program Manager," "Operations Manager")
Removing extra keywords from the title box

Your resume is required to generate tailored applications — without it, the app may block job results or application steps.
