Once you've tuned your filters to bring back the right roles, you don't have to set them up again next time. Save them as a named search and switch back to it whenever you want.

Set your filters on the Jobs page the way you want them (job title, location, and anything else), then choose Save current and give the search a name.
Name it after what it actually finds: Remote design roles, London, senior, Anything in Manchester. You'll be glad of it when you have five of them.

Your saved searches appear as a strip above your job results. Select one and Sprout applies its filters immediately.
One search is active at a time (marked with a tick), and it's the one feeding the roles you're shown.
You can also see all of them in one place under Profile → Professional → Saved Searches, along with when each one was last run.
✏️ Changing filters on an active search
✏️ Changing filters on an active search
Adjust a filter while a saved search is active and the search doesn't silently change underneath you. It's marked · edited, and Sprout shows a short summary of what's different, for example Changed: radius, location.
Nothing is saved until you say so. You get three choices:
Update "<search name>": overwrite the saved search with your current filters
Save as new search…: keep the original untouched and name a copy with the new filters
Revert: throw away the changes and snap back to the saved version
This is the quickest way to explore. Widen the radius, see what comes back, and either keep it, branch it into a new search, or revert, without losing the search you started from.
If no search is active, you'll see a Save current chip instead, which turns your current filters into a brand new saved search.
⚙️ Managing a saved search
⚙️ Managing a saved search
Each saved search has a menu with:
Rename: change its name
Update with current filters: overwrite it with whatever filters you have set right now. Available when the search is active and you've changed something
Duplicate: copy it, so you can make a variation without losing the original
Move to profile…: hand the search over to a different professional profile
Delete: remove it
On mobile, long-press a search chip to get the same actions.
Deleting a saved search only removes the filter set. Jobs you applied to through it stay in your application history. Your last remaining search can't be deleted, only edited.
👥 Saved searches belong to a profile
👥 Saved searches belong to a profile
Each saved search sits inside one professional profile. If you're running more than one job search (say marketing in one profile and operations in another), each profile keeps its own set, so they don't get mixed together.
Saved a search in the wrong place? Use Move to profile… rather than rebuilding it.
❓ Still have questions?
If a saved search is bringing back fewer roles than you'd expect, the filters are usually narrower than they look:
