Credits are used when you swipe right to apply to a job using Sprout. When you apply, Sprout generates application materials like a tailored cover letter — and soon, a customized resume.

1 credit – for standard applications
3 credits – for roles that are more complex or require additional context
⚡ You’ll always see the number of credits required for a job next to the lightning bolt icon before you apply.

Credits are used when you swipe right to apply to a job. Once you swipe, the app begins generating your materials — and the credit is deducted.
✅ If you swipe left to skip a job, no credit is used.
✅ If an application fails due to a system issue, we’ll automatically refund your credit.

No — credits reset at the start of each new billing cycle, which occurs every 7 days on a weekly subscription.
Make sure to use your credits before your next renewal, or they'll expire.
