💳 How Refunds Work (Based on How You Subscribed)

🤖 If You Subscribed via Google Play (Android)

We can usually process refunds for Google Play purchases on our end.

Just let us know here — we'd much rather issue it directly for you so you don't have to go through Google's process.

If you prefer to request it through Google yourself:

  1. Scroll down and click "Request a refund"

  2. Sign in with your Google account

  3. Select the relevant order and reason

  4. Submit the request

📬 Google usually responds within 48 hours.

💼 If You Subscribed Directly in the App (via Stripe)

If you received a confirmation email from Stripe, your payment was processed directly through us.

To request a refund:

📩 Reply here and include:

  • The email address you used to sign up

  • A screenshot of your Stripe receipt (optional but helpful)

We'll review and respond as soon as possible.

🧾 If You Subscribed via the Apple App Store (iOS)

Apple handles all billing and refunds for App Store purchases — we don't have access to process refunds ourselves.

To request a refund:

  1. Sign in with your Apple ID

  2. Locate your Sprout subscription

  3. Click "Request a Refund" and follow the prompts

📬 Apple typically follows up by email within a few days.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds are more likely if you didn't use the app or had a technical issue

  • If you've actively used the app, we may offer a partial refund or credit-based solution

  • Each request is reviewed individually and fairly
