Subscription Management & Cancellations

How to view, change, or cancel your Sprout subscription from the app, your phone's settings, or a computer, depending on where you subscribed.

How to cancel or change your plan

From the app:

  1. Go to your Profile tab

  2. Tap the Settings icon (⚙️ top-right)

  3. Under Support & Subscription, tap Manage Subscription

  4. You'll be redirected to Apple, Google, or Stripe, depending on how you subscribed. From there you can cancel your subscription, change your plan, or update your payment method

If you can't open the app, or don't use it:

On a computer (if you subscribed on the Sprout website):

  • Enter the email address you used to pay, and you'll be emailed a sign-in link

  • Open the link and choose Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for

On iOS (Apple):

  • Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions

  • Find Sprout and cancel or change your plan

On Android (Google Play):

  • Open the Google Play Store

  • Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

  • Find Sprout to manage or cancel

Can't find the option, the sign-in email doesn't arrive, or it isn't working? Reply here and we'll sort it out.

🗑️ Cancelling is not the same as deleting your account

Worth knowing before you do either, because they do different things:

  • Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. Your account stays, and employer replies still reach you.

  • Deleting your account erases your data, but it does not cancel your subscription. Apple, Google, or Stripe will keep billing you.

If you want to be done with Sprout entirely: cancel first, then delete. Doing it the other way round is the most common reason people find themselves still being charged.

Want a refund?

Reply here and tell us what happened. If you subscribed through Apple, Apple handles refunds and you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days after approval. Telling us before going to your bank avoids the delays that come with a dispute.
