When you upload a resume, Sprout reads it and fills in your Professional Details automatically. It usually gets this right, but resumes vary enormously in layout, and sometimes information lands in the wrong section, gets split oddly, or is missed entirely.
Everything it fills in is editable. Nothing is locked because it was parsed rather than typed. Open the section that's wrong, expand the entry, correct it, and save.
It's worth doing a pass over your profile after your first upload, before you start applying. Your details feed directly into every resume and cover letter Sprout generates, so a mistake there repeats on every application.
An entry showing "Present" that shouldn't
Some sections have a "currently" toggle, for example I am currently working towards this certification on a certification, or I am currently enrolled on an education entry. When that toggle is on, the entry displays as ongoing. Expand the entry and switch the toggle off to set a finished date instead.
If something still won't correct after that, reply here and tell us which entry. We'd rather fix it than have you fight with it.

Applications that have already been submitted can't be edited or recalled. They've gone to the employer, in the same way a sent email has.
What you can do:
Fix your profile first, so everything from here on is right
Contact the employer directly if the error matters: a wrong phone number or a mistaken qualification is worth correcting. Each application has its own inbox, and replying there reaches the employer like a normal email
A short, matter-of-fact correction lands fine. Most hiring teams appreciate the catch.
If you want to check what was actually sent on a given application, you can see the exact documents:

Tip: The more complete your Professional Details, the stronger your applications will look. Employers love seeing clear summaries, detailed experience, and measurable achievements.
